圆盘包膜机是一种可以对圆形或不规则等颗粒进行薄膜包衣的一种间断式操作的机电一体化设备。圆盘内导流板搅拌器使颗粒翻转流畅、交换频繁。进料、覆膜时间、出料整个过程实现PLC自动化控制。间歇批次包膜适用于各种颗粒料，可以是表面包衣一层防结块；同时也适用于不规格颗粒包膜一定量的粉料。较适用于挤压造粒不规则的颗粒包膜。
